ANDRIANOS innovates in the HVAC sector with solutions for Net Zero Buildings and the future of energy efficiency.
The 14th Panhellenic ANDRIANOS Symposium, held on October 17 and 18, 2025, in Kalamata, was completed with great success. The two-day conference served as a meeting point for leading professionals and international partners from the HVAC sector, aiming to inform and exchange know-how regarding the latest developments in the field of Zero Energy Buildings (ZEB) and the path towards 2030.

The central theme of the Symposium, "The Strategy for the Future of ZEB Buildings and the HVAC Sector in 2030", was examined in light of the New National Climate Law 4936/2022 and the European Directive 1275/2024, highlighting the technological solutions required to achieve these goals.
Focusing on Leading Technologies and Global Developments
The presentation program covered critical topics and innovative technologies in the field of energy efficiency, such as:
- Strategy and Adaptation in the HVAC Sector: Mr. Georgios Ch. Andrianos, Managing Director of ANDRIANOS, analyzed the company's strategy and adaptation to the new regulatory framework.
- Economic Energy Analysis: Mr. Andreas Karageorgis, Mechanical Engineer and scientific associate of ANDRIANOS, presented updated data on the cost of heat production from various sources, guiding decisions regarding energy efficiency.
- Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR): Yevgenii Bodnar, Product Manager of BLAUBERG, analyzed the importance of ventilation systems for energy saving and improving air quality in modern buildings. Ms. Angelina Andrianou, Electrical Engineer NTUA, clearly presented the study and dimensioning of central ventilation systems, facilitating the audience's understanding of the technical details.
- Heat Pumps & Fan Coils: Mr. Damiano Panozzo, Export Manager of OLIMPIA SPLENDID, presented the company and the latest technologies in Heat Pumps, Fan Coils, and Unico Air Conditioners, essential solutions for high-energy efficiency buildings.
- Smart Automation Systems & Smart Home: Mr. Panagiotis Kokkorogiannis, Smart Home Expert of ANDRIANOS, highlighted the role of smart systems and automation in the energy rating of buildings. The strategies and products of collaborating companies SALUS (Mihai Palcu, Eastern Europe Sales Director) and ENGO (Lukasz Apanel, Export Manager & Krzysztof Pryszcz, Technical and Logistic Director) were also presented.
- Innovative Piping Systems: Mr. Gabriel Perucca, Export Manager of TECNOGAS, presented the FAST PIPE A/C systems piping solutions, a pioneering solution for the installation of air conditioners and heat pumps.
- Photovoltaics and Energy Autonomy: Mr. Robin Welling from SONNENKRAFT presented solutions for the energy autonomy of buildings through photovoltaic systems.
- Solar Thermal for DHW and Heating Assistance: Mr. Elias Braimis, Engineer at ANDRIANOS, referred to energy savings through solar thermal systems in residential, professional, and industrial applications.
Practical Application: The ZEB Building in Kalamata
Particular interest was sparked by the visit to the ACHINOS hotel on the beach of Kalamata, which serves as a functional example of a ZEB building. The delegates had the opportunity to see ANDRIANOS' solutions applied in heat/cooling with Heat Pumps, Solar Thermal, Ventilation with Heat Recovery, and Photovoltaics, confirming the practical application of new technologies. This specific project is one of the eight already implemented ZEB Buildings completed by ANDRIANOS from 2023 to date.

Statement by the Managing Director
Mr. Georgios Ch. Andrianos stated:
“The 14th Symposium confirmed the irreversible course of the HVAC sector towards absolute energy efficiency. We are no longer discussing 'if' but 'how' and 'when' ZEB buildings will be implemented. ANDRIANOS, in cooperation with leading international firms and our network of partners, is ready to meet the legislative and environmental requirements of 2030. The success of the Symposium strengthens our commitment to continue investing in education and innovation.”
With the completion of the Symposium's work, ANDRIANOS reinforces its position as a strategic leader in the HVAC sector and as a pillar for the transition to Zero Energy Buildings (ZEB), actively contributing to the adoption and dissemination of modern energy efficiency solutions.
