Our goal is to simplify the shipping process, reduce any problems and take safe delivery to your place of your small and large orders. For this reason we have created a flexible way of shipping methods that can cover all needs in the lowest possible cost, which is as follows:
5.1 Shipping
1. Delivery at the place you indicated in your order (Greece).
Shipments are made via partner transport company. ACS courier for orders up to 10kg and Trasportation Company for heavier orders. Deliveries are made during business hours 09:00 - 15:00 on the sidewalk.
Especially for the gas tanks, the delivery takes place at the cooperating agency KALLINTERIS in Athens and the cost of transport is 60 € + VAT.
The receipt of the tank from the above agency and / or subsequent transfer-transhipment is the obligation of the buyer and is done at his own expense.
The delivery for all products in stock are performed in 3-7 days (depending on region).
2. Receipt at our shop or in our agency in Athens.
Your order will be in our store in Platonos Street 30, Kalamata and you can receive your order during the opening hours of the store ANDRIANOS. Before receiving call us to let you know that your product is ready to go.
Similarly, you can pick up your order from our partner agency in Athens, "Agency Kallinteris" Orpheus 190, Votanikos, Athens.
3. Shipping to abroad
Orders for abroad are sent free to our partner agency in Athens, "Agency Kallinteri" Orpheus 190, Votanikos. Upon request, we may sent internationally to the customer charge.
5.2 Shipping Cost
Shipping costs for shipments within Greece are calculated based on the weight of the products and are displayed at the time of order placement.
